Since there was never a First Tooth Baby with a horn (for some unknown reason), Baby Noddins does not feature the double-gimmick. She is a simple basic baby unicorn but she features a brand new pose - a significant variation on one of the existing baby unicorn poses.

She was originally sold with a butterfly design bib with pale blue trim.
