Princess Moondust

Princess Moondust was one of the earth ponies from the second set of Princess Ponies. She had fading pink hair, which is sometimes found as white on the second hand market.

Moondust was sold with a glittery star pick, wand, comb and ribbon. She was sold in North America and definitely available in Benelux countries, via a boxed version in English which was nonetheless produced for that market. The box is the same as the US release version but has different amount of horseshoe points on the back and is marked with import labels.

The boxed pony shown below is the Benelux import release.

Princess Moondust's Character

Princess Moondust's backcard story describes her as wanting to make all of Ponyland as shiny as the Princess Ponies. I'm a bit concerned that she achieves this first by listening to the whispers of the night wind, and then by nodding her head to make moondust fall over everything. If she can do that every time she nods, it's going to take a lot of cleaning up...
