The colours shown above are correct for Seawinkle in her original state, though when new she would change colour in warm water. Therefore the only way to know for sure if your pony is Seawinkle is to check her finpaint, which should be AQUA.

Seawinkle shared her name with one of the very first Adult Sea Ponies. She was never part of the UK release.
