Existing Variations:
Apparently there exist Synergy dolls whose bodies are not originally purple plastic but are painted Raya torsos. I haven't ever found one myself, but it's quite an oddball variation to have!

Comments: Well, she's fairly easy to spot. Purple skinned (legs and arms often go blotchy because of the dye not taking properly in the plastic). She has a smaller torso and the ball wrists also associated with Raya and some European first edition dolls. She has blue and purple eyeshadow and vivid pink-red lips. Her body is stamped 1985 Hasbro Made In China and her head is stamped Hasbro 1985. She shares a face mould with Stormer, First Edition Shana and Second Edition Shana. Her hair is dark purple and curly (though curls can often come out) and rooted with metallic tinsel. Unlike the cartoon representation of Synergy, she has proper eyes :)
Comments: Metallic purple to match the lame on the shoulder pad and gauntlet/sock edging. Elasticated at the back. Often stamped into the doll's head with a plastic plug.
Comments: Black with a criss-cross pink and aqua motif and neon squiggles. Lame collar - one purple and one aqua side. Velcros at the back.
Comments: Black fabric threaded with glitter (same as sock fabric). One armband has purple lame edging, the other aqua.

Comments: Tape is white with purple label, black lettering and features the songs "Jem Theme", "Friend or Stranger" and "We Can Change It'". The B side features the instrumentals without any instrument playing the lead melody line.
Comments: Uniform - because there is only one edition of Synergy, the only box variations are language based on where the doll was sold. Synergy appears drawn on the front and the back has a photograph of the doll.
