Name: 草薙瑞穂　Kusanagi Mizuho
The President. A strange, somewhat sadistic bishounen with a lot of power and manipulative pull. Kusanagi has fingers in every pie, and often trusts his fate to the reading in tarot cards.

This picture makes him look a bit "nice", but "disturbing" is a better word for him considering how he mostly behaves. From stalking the boys on holiday to get swimsuit photos, dressing up as a female vampire, or locking them in the basement of the Kusanagi Palace, there's not much this guy won't go to to try and get what he wants. A former classmate and self proclaimed "friend" of Kawazoe Haruka, he appears to be two years the boys' senpai. Although he never actually goes to any classes, the drama CD profile calls him a perpetual repeat student, continuously staying on just in order to continue holding the reins of the school council. (Did I mention he was a bit disturbed...??) The novel reveals that he's been a ryuunen (repeat student) for at least two years since the rest of his year graduated, so he's probably about 20 or 21 years old. He is often referred to in the biographies as being homosexual - although he claims that he just has an interest in beautiful things (read, beautiful male students...ahem). Of all of the M boys, it's Takagi he most foists his attentions on, (although he is also partial to Arai, and even tried it on with GIZOKU's Kikunosuke in one of the drama CDs.)

Seiyuu: Kusao Takeshi


Name: 杉田龍之介　Sugita Ryuunosuke: Poor, long-suffering Sugita does Kusanagi's dirty work, with very little reward. Although he is totally loyal to Kusanagi, he often wonders if his chief has gone too far. Kusanagi often tells him that he's said "one word too many." Although Sugita is Kusanagi's henchman and was his classmate, he is not 'ryuunen', as he graduated with the rest of his class at the correct time. However, he is actually employed by Kusanagi because he is 'needed' - and therefore he stays on at the Kusanagi Palace in order to do his job. He is a fairly level, polite, unoffensive individual who seems in stark contrast to his...er...enigmatic 'employer'.

Seiyuu: Oota Shinichirou

Name: 御影小路霞 Mikagekouji Kasumi :The vice captain of the School Council. He plays very little part in the manga, but appears in the OVA, the novels and the Drama CDs. Apparently he had a brother (older) called Takumi who died ten years earlier in somewhat suspicious circumstances (see the summary for novel 4 for more on that).In the OVA he's a little sly and sinister - in the Drama CD he seems to be more level and responsible, without any particularly twisted tendencies. He admires Kusanagi and even takes the rap for him in one of the Drama CDs. In the novels, he still considers Arai his friend, but not enough of one for him to steal the spare key from the Council for Arai to be able to let himself into the school buildings after curfew! Though they were roommates for a year, they have not spoken much since their separation. Despite this, though, it is Arai out of all the fellow students that Kasumi chooses to confide his secret about his brother to. Kasumi also smokes and probably has done since he was a first year, since he's aware of the fact Arai doesn't ^_^. In one of the drama CDs, Kasumi is referred to by Nakamoto as his "rival" - since Kasumi's grades are exceptionally good and he is often chasing Nakamoto for the top spot. It seems likely, therefore, that he is the student who finishes top when the year graduates, though it could just as easily have been Takagi. In the OVA, he has red hair.

(Please note that, although the website lists Miki Shinichirou as Mikagekouji's seiyuu, that is actually incorrect since Miki Shinichirou voiced Uguisudani Yukinojou in the OVA. The site just has the two reversed!)
