Ironically, Baby Blue Ribbon is blue all over - but the rosette (or prize ribbon) that comprises her symbol is actually a very vivid purple. Baby Blue Ribbon was sold as part of a special offer in which she came with, I believe, a game of some kind. She was a pony points offer pony and she was not sold in the UK. Of the mail order baby ponies, she is generally considered to be a middling level of rarity.
