Like all Playtime/Fancy Pants Babies, Baby Splashes was issued with a wide array of accessories, as Hasbro attempted to return to it's earlier theme of baby play. Despite the differences in manufacturing country and packaging design, accessories seem to have been the same between the UK and the North American issue.

According to the back of her package, Baby Splashes' duckish panties came about after splashing and swimming around with some real ducks in a local pond. To help her to swim, the ducks magically made the images appear on her panties...though I think, given her name, she would rather have stayed splashing about!

Please note that Baby Splashes' pale pink hair can (and does!) easily fade in sunlight, so a WHITE-haired version is not a variation. However...

Obviously, since she was sold in both places, Baby Splashes also has a Thai alter ego:

Baby Splashes is the most changed baby of all of the Fancy Pants Ponies, as she has a completely different colour hair and lacks the different coloured forelock. Oddly, she was always depicted in the UK Pony Comic in her North American colours of yellow and purple, and was only ever depicted with the pale pink hair on the side of the Playtime Baby Pony box.
