I guess you could say that the Berrytown family were the 'normal' family of the three sets. They appeared in a My Little Pony tales episode with an imaginary son called 'Logan' added to their family. In the episode, the Seven Character Ponies are cross that someone seems to be invading their clubhouse - not realising that a new family are moving into the abandoned property!
This family are often misnamed 'Barrington' because of this episode. The family also featured in the pony comic, though minus the illusory 'Logan' character.
Daddy Berrytown is one of *the* most difficult to find ponies from the UK line.
As can be seen from the pictures below, the ponies were sold on seperate cards and though their accessories did follow a theme, they were by no means identical. Baby Berrytown had a coral rose comb and dark purple ribbon. Mummy's comb was yellow, with a pale pinkish ribbon.
