So, no prizes for guessing which holiday season this little girl was intended to celebrate, huh?

Yep, you got it. Merry Treat was the Christmas Pony, and after several years managing without any official 'Pony Christmas', 1990 brought a genuine one to Ponyland.

Sold worldwide, she was issued with a green Christmas tree comb which was unique to her - although it was also released as a free gift on the front of one of the My Little Pony comic editions. I forget which one.

Her card in the UK was predominately blue with green festive borders.

The tinsel in her mane isn't anything to do with her - I just thought it looked festive ;)
