1990: Tropical Ponies

Summer Heatwave was the gardener of the Tropical Ponies - but in a quite different way from Posey and Trickles before her. Instead of having your bog standard allotment going on, she had a magical cave which, at first glance, appeared to be dank and unwelcoming. But, with a touch of her special magic, she could light it up and fill it with tropical plants and fruit fit for any luau party.

On Sail Away's card, she is also given as the pony who names them the Tropical Ponies, after their new home the Tropical Isle.

In North America she was called Tootie Tails. And if I tell you what that makes me think of...well, let's just say, it isn't pretty. So erm, let's stick with her UK name for now...^_^
