1985: Baby Sea Ponies

I seem to remember Sea Shimmer being quite a bad little sea pony. I remember very clearly a story involving Masquerade where King Neptune asked the pony to pretend to be a sea monster, to scare Sea Shimmer back to where she belonged. Kinda mean, but I think that possibly she needed the push!

Sea Shimmer had a second edition the following year as one of the Pretty N Pearly Baby Sea Ponies. HOWEVER she was only sold in this form in the North American set. She was not part of the UK release of Pretty N Pearly Baby Sea Ponies. Her float remained the same, though the baby pony now had a pearly sheen to her body.
