1985: Baby Sea Ponies

Sea Star, according to her fact file entry, was pitched much in the same vein as Sparkler - a magpie pony who collected pretty shells. However, she used them to build shell castles and throw parties. A little odd, I grant you. I don't remember this from the comics, but maybe it was there :S What I *do* remember, however, is a story when two Twice as Fancy Ponies gave her a perm for her birthday!

Sea Star had a second edition the following year as one of the Pretty N Pearly Baby Sea Ponies. HOWEVER she was only sold in this form in the United Kingdom set. She was not part of the North American release of Pretty N Pearly Baby Sea Ponies. Her float remained the same, though the baby pony now had a pearly sheen to her body.

The accessories listed to the right are those for the original release. I do not know the accessories for the pearly baby or if they differed.
