Several useless factoids about Baby Explorer...hrm :)

Aside from being obviously associated with travel and exploring in her hot air balloon, she was always drawn in the comic without her unicorn horn - which was very confusing for me as a child, I have to admit - since occasionally a story would call for her unicorn magic!

She is also one of the few yellow baby unicorn ponies that Hasbro made. I believe she is also the *only* Baby Unicorn Pony to have tinselled hair of any form.

And...she is one of the few ponies to have a name beginning with the letter 'E'!

She was sold in the UK and Europe, but not North America. However, she had a "twin" in the Sparkle Pony set called Baby Gusty - see her page for more information!

There is a ceramic/resin version of Baby Explorer believed to have been a prototype, which was found here in the UK. This is not likely to have been a general release version, and features her without tinsel in her hair, rather like the US Sparkle Baby!
