BABY MISCHIEF

Baby Mischief was the Pegasus baby from the set, and although she was always illustrated in the Pony comic in purple, she was actually sold in a shade of pink. Her story character related more to her kite symbol than her name - although any baby with a name like mischief was bound to be something of a minx!

BABY MISCHIEF (Variation - gold tinsel only in hair)

Though this has been mentioned with others in the set also, this is the only one for which I have pictorial and collection evidence for the single coloured tinsel variation. The above Baby Mischief I bought from Ebay Germany some years ago and her mane and tail are entirely rooted with gold tinsel, no pink or blue anywhere. There are maybe minor shade differences between her and the more usual version. It must be mentioned that the usual version was definitely sold in Germany, and there is no concrete evidence to prove that gold tinsel only was a German exclusive.

Hasbro must have been having a jolly when they made Baby Mischief, because there also exists at least one (and probably more) Baby Mischief with gold tinsel in the mane and rainbow tinsel in the tail:
